By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service.

In the following text, my person (SunnyMoon28) will be represented as “Sunny” and the client or clients will be represented as “client”, due to a better understanding of this agreement.

General

1.1 These terms can be updated at any time without notice.• Said updates will be applicable to all commissions made and to be made, except in those cases in which there is a verifiable agreement with the client.1.2 The order can be rejected for any reason, and in turn it will not be mandatory to indicate this reason to the client.1.3 WIPs will be sent only if requested in advance for review.1.4 If the client wants something specific (Expression // background // pose // etc.), it must be specified in the commission request.• If the final result of the drawing is missing something that the customer wanted it to have, but was not indicated when placing the order, a refund will not be made.• Make changes to the drawing once it is finished (For reasons not related to a mistake made by Sunny), it will only be possible with an extra payment.• Mistakes made by Sunny will be corrected free of charge, regardless of when they were made.• Once you accept your design sketch, no further changes will be made.1.5 Commissions are made in the order they were paid. You can access the "Waiting List" to find out how the order process is going.1.6 I will work on commissions in the order they were paid, it can take around 2-4 weeks on average. Always keep the waiting list in mind.1.7 At the end of the commission, it will be sent to your personal email to preserve its quality.

PAYMENT

2.1 The accepted payment methods are PayPal, Zinli and Bank Transfer (only if you are Venezuelan).2.2 Payment is made in advance, once the commission has been accepted.2.3 I do not begin working until I receive payment.2.4 Prices will not be reduced, any attempt to haggle will be grounds for rejection of the order.2.5 Difficult or highly detailed characters may require an increase in the base order price.2.6 For more characters on the same commission, the same price must be paid for each character. 2 characters cost double, 3 triple, etc.2.7 Commission base prices are per character, not background. If a background has not been specified or paid for it (If required according to its complexity), the drawing will be delivered in Transparent PNG or with a Simple Color background.

REFUNDS

3.1 A full refund will only be made if work has not been started.• For a full refund, it will be possible only within the 60 days that PayPal stipulates to make it. After this time, only the net amount received is considered reimbursable.3.2 No refunds or returns will be made if work has started. If the stipulated time is exceeded, the DM will be notified.

USAGE

4.1 Sunny retains the rights to each image produced. Payment is for the creation of a personalized work, not for transfer of rights.4.2 The final work may be published by Sunny on any of its social networks or pages (always indicating that said drawing is a commission), unless otherwise specified.• The work will not be used by Sunny for resale through digital or physical products, unless explicit permission or request is granted to do so.4.3 The products may be posted to other websites by the commissioner if credit is given.4.4 Any commission made by Sunny is for personal or non-profit use only.
